ALBANY, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2020) – Stakes-winning Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Camino Del Paraiso and fellow California-bred Give Me the Lute are entered in Saturday’s $50,000 Joseph T. Grace Stakes at Golden Gate.
Give Me the Lute is by Boisterous, out of the Midnight Lute mare Steal the Lute, was bred by Gary Barber, is owned by Rod or Wendy Hogan and is trained by Andy Mathis. He has four wins in 11 starts, earnings of $142,073 and is coming off a win in an Oct. 17 optional claimer.
Camino Del Paraiso is by Suances, out of the Successful Appeal mare Loni’s Appeal, was bred by Red Baron’s Barn, is owned by Paradise Road Ranch and trained by O.J. Juaregui. The $5,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has six wins in 39 starts, earnings of $440,092 and is coming off a win in the Sept. 7 Rolling Green.
