PHOENIX, Ariz. (Mar. 8, 2021) – Nova is the lone California-bred entered in Friday’s $50,000 Arizona Oaks for 3-year-old fillies at Turf Paradise.
Nova is by Southern Image, out of the Comic Strip mare Shezamusing, was bred by Sandra Nickols, is owned by Jeremy Ramsland and trained by Justin Evans.
She has one win in seven starts, earnings of $14,346 and is coming off a fifth in a Mar. 4 claimer.
