Parking Permit is by James Street, out of the Eddington mare Rossi Reserve, was bred by Robert Harmon, is owned by Hurley Racing Stable and Deanna Walper and is trained by Walper.
He has seven wins in 38 starts, earnings of $103,041 and has a three-race win streak. He was seventh in this race last year.
