AUBURN, Wash. (June 12, 2014) – Pepnic is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $50,000 Budweiser Handicap at Emerald Downs.
Pepnic is by Peppered Cat, out of the Tychonic mare Prochonic, was bred by Alex Paszkeicz, is owned by David Taylor, Jr. and is trained by Tim McCanna.
He has five wins in 25 starts, earnings of $220,106 and is coming off a second in a May 17 optional claimer.
