OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (Nov. 17, 2021) – Popular Kid is the lone California-bred entered in Friday’s $100,000 Jeffrey A. Hawk Memorial Stakes at Remington Park.
Popular Kid is by Popular, out of the Lemon Drop Kid mare Lemon Supreme, was bred by Rod and Lorraine Rodriguez, is owned by George Sharp and trained by Shawn Davis.
He has 14 wins in 61 starts, earnings of $538,774 and is coming off an Oct. 27 allowance win.
