SANTA ROSA, Calif. (July 31, 2024) – Princesa Del Tigre is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $75,000 Luther Burbank Stakes for fillies and mares at the Sonoma County Fair.
Princesa Del Tigre is by Smiling Tiger, out of the Flame Thrower mare Corazon de Leo, was bred by Roberto Gonzalez, Wright Batlin, Marc Batlin & Kathleen Parnello, is owned by La Penita Racing Stable, Batlin, Marc, Batlin, Wright, Donsife, Rebecca and Parnello, Kathy and trained by Tim McCanna.
She has four wins in 18 starts, earnings of $140,734 and is coming off a third in the June 22 She’s a Tiger Stakes.
