ARCADIA, Calif. (June 25, 2014) – Stakes winner Rovenna and fellow California-bred My Monet are entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Grade III Senorita Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Rovenna is by Vronsky, out of the Northern Afleet mare Amadamprez, was bred by owner Donald Dizney and is trained by Mike Machowsky. She has four wins in nine starts, earnings of $397,760 and is coming off a three consecutive wins, two in stakes.
My Monet is by Decarchy, out of the Lord Avie mare Madam, was bred by Ridgeley Farm, is owned by KM Racing Enterprise and trained by George Papaprodromou. She has two wins in four starts, earnings of $49,650 and is coming off a seventh in a June 5 optional claimer.
