FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 8, 2015) — Grade I winner Tamarando returns from a seven-month break to meet win machine Wake Up Nick in Sunday’s $100,000 Harris Farms Stakes for Golden State Series eligibles at Fresno.
Wake Up Nick is by Cindago, out of the Lion Hearted mare Storm Hearted, was bred by Lee and Susan Searing, is owned by Reddam Racing and trained by Doug O’Neill. He has five wins in seven starts, earnings of $356,784 and is coming off a sixth in the Nov. 22 Delta Downs Jockpot.
London Legacy is by Grace Upon Grace, out of the Kelly Kip mare Passionate Kip, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Templeton Horses, Patsy London and Lovingier and is trained by Gary Sherlock. He has two wins in 12 starts, earnings of $149,420 and is coming off an eighth in a Sept. 26 optional claimer.
Gangnam Guy is by Roi Charmant, out of the Unusual Heat mare The Toast of Troy, was bred by B&B Zietz Stables, is owned by Jerry Hollendorfer and M Racing and is trained by Hollendorfer. He has three wins in 23 starts, earnings of $247,450 and is coming off an Aug. 28 win in an optional claimer.
Raised A Secret is by Songandaprayer, out of the Bernstein mare Sensitive Soul, was bred by Dahlberg Farms, is owned by Rodney Orr and trained by Mark Glatt. He has four wins in 23 starts, earnings of $343,610 and is coming off a fifth in an Aug. 16 optional claimer.
