ALBANY, Calif. (Sept. 21, 2017) — Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Northern California Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 21, at Golden Gate Fields. The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. The business meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be followed by a buffet lunch. The Handicapping Contest will begin at 1:00 p.m.
