FERNDALE, Calif. (July 28, 2023) — The Thoroughbred Owners of California will hold a panel discussion titled “Essentials of Thoroughbred Ownership” at the Ferndale Fairgrounds on Saturday, Aug. 19, at 12:30 p.m.
After the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A. Light snacks & beverages will be provided.
