The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Annual Meeting. The general business meeting will provide directors an opportunity to update the membership on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session.
Award presentations will be made to the recipients of the Chairman’s Award and Annual Owner Awards.
A complimentary buffet breakfast will also be served.
Reservations are required. Please note: A current CHRB Owner’s License is required to make a reservation.
Join us for a special Owner Education Seminar to discuss veterinary protocols and best practices that have shaped California horse racing and led to significant improvements over the past five years. The seminar will include the opportunity to witness a vet exam to evaluate a horse’s soundness to compete.
Leading veterinary experts, Dr. Dionne Benson and Dr. Ryan Carpenter, will share their expertise along with Rosa Sandoval of the Southern California Equine Foundation as the first of a two-part series. Expanding on this same topic, the second part of the Owner Education Seminar, scheduled for October 11 at Santa Anita, will offer the unique opportunity to tour the equine medical facility.
