PLEASANTON, Calif. (July 25, 2020) – California-bred Top Harbor remained unbeaten by rallying wide from last to win Saturday’s $68,300 Everett Nevin Stakes for 2-year-olds at Del Mar.
Top Harbor is by Harbor the Gold, out of the He’s Tops mare Reba Is Tops, was bred by owners Jarnig, Marshall or Schweiger and is trained by Tim McCanna.
He won his lone start June 28 and has earnings of $61,080.
Top Harbor ran the 5 ½ furlongs in 1:05.45 and won by one-half length over fellow Cal-bred Tom’s Song at odds of 5-2 in a field of nine.
