ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 23, 2020) – Touchdown Brown is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade I American Pharoah Stakes for 2-year-olds at Santa Anita.
Touchdown Brown is by Cairo Prince, out of the Cherokee Run mare Chicalelee, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds, is owned by Brown Jr., Klein or Lebherz and is trained by Rafael Becerra.
He has one win in three starts, earnings of $49,500 and is coming off a second in the Sept. 4 I’m Smokin.
