ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 21, 2018) – Grade I winner What a View, coming off an eight-month layoff, is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $150,000 Grade III Daytona Stakes at Santa Anita.
What a View is by Vronsky, out of the Manilla mare Oceans N Mountains, was bred by Old English Rancho, Sal Berumen and Patsy Berumen, is owned by Finish Line Racing, Ellwood Johnston Trust or T.O.V. Stables and is trained by Kenny Black.
He has seven wins in 21 starts, earnings of $824,671 and is making his first start since a seventh in the June 3 Shoemaker Mile.
