ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 30, 2020) – Multiple stakes winner Cordiality and fellow California-breds Donut Girl and Sedamar are entered in Saturday’s $70,000 Swingtime Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Donut Girl is by Smiling Tiger, out of the Any Given Saturday mare Saturday’s Girl, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds, is owned by Cunningham Stables and trained by Brian Cunningham. She has four wins in 24 starts, earnings of $184,762 and is coming off a third in a Sept. 7 optional claimer.
Sedamar is by Richard’s Kid, out of the Stormy Atlantic mare Win Allison Win, was bred by Mick Ruis, is owned by Ruis Racing and trained by Shelbe Ruis. She has four wins in 15 starts, earnings of $270,654 and is coming off a second in the Aug. 15 Solana Beach.
Cordiality is by Papa Clem, out of the Unusual Heat mare Warmth, was bred by Dr. Ed Allred, is owned by Donnie Crevier and trained by Tim Yakteen. She has 11 wins in 32 starts, earnings of $565,135 and is coming off a fourth in the Aug. 15 Solana Beach. She was sixth in this race in 2018.
