Cono is a Kentucky-bred son of California stallion Lucky Pulpit, out of the Cowboy Cal mare Cashmere, was bred by owner John & Diane Fradkin and is trained by Michael McCarthy. He has one win in 10 starts, earnings of $73,155 and is coming off a fourth in an Apr. 6 optional claimer.

Fast as Cass is by Unusual Heat, out of the Bertrando mare Silber, was bred by Abrams, Huston Racing Stables, Loverso & Perez, is owned by Bardy Farm, Huston Racing Stable or Loverso and is trained by Tim Yakteen. He has one win in five starts, earnings of $44,235 and is coming off a sixth in an Apr. 14 optional claimer.

Luke’s On Fire is by Desert Code, out of the Black Tie Affair mare Inside Affair, was bred by Dave McGlothlin, is owned by Highlander Racing Stable and trained by Craig Dollase. The $15,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has two wins in seven starts, earnings of $47,190 and is coming off a fourth in a Mar. 31 starter’s allowance.
