Ain’t No Other in Harris Farms Stakes

FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 2, 2014) – Multiple stakes winner Ain’t No Other is the high earner in a field of six entered in Sunday’s $100,000 Harris Farms Stakes for Golden State Series eligibles at Fresno

Ourwestcoastghost is by Muqtarib, out of the In Excess mare Xpress Xcess, was bred by owners Ron Lang, Lillian Lang and D. Wayne Baker and is trained by Baker. He has six wins in 17 starts, earnings of $210,472 and is coming off a fourth in the July 4 Oak Tree Sprint

Spirit Rules is by Tribal Rule, out of the Danzatore mare Heavenly Lady, was bred by John and Allegra Ernst, is owned by Barbara Accardy, Craig Seidler, Jim Xitco and Mark Xitco and is trained by Paul Aguirre. He has four wins in 14 starts, earnings of $216,328 and is coming off a third in the Sept. 20 Katella Stakes.

Super Ability is by Langfuhr, out of the High Brite mare Super High, was bred by Harris Farms, is owned by Harris Farms and Iconic Thoroughbreds and is trained by Carla Gaines. He has four wins in nine starts, earnings of $213,590 and is coming off a sixth in an Aug. 15 allowance.

Marino’s Wild Cat is by Marino Marini, out of the Dayjur mare Faxene, was bred by Goy Guinnane, is owned by GCCI and trained by Cliff DeLima. He has four wins in eight starts, earnings of $97,360 and is coming off a fourth in an Aug. 31 allowance.

Ain’t No Other is by Old Topper, out of the Shadeed mare Miami Margie, was bred by owner Tommy Town Thoroughbreds and is trained by Jerry Hollendorfer. He has 10 wins in 38 starts, earnings of $610,595 and is coming off a second in the Sept. 3 Pirate’s Bounty.

A Toast to You is by Tribal Rule, out of the Apollo mare Whitewinesipper, was bred by Hidden Meadows Farm, is owned by Steve Moger and trained by Ed Moger Jr. He has eight wins in 28 starts, earnings of $458,212 and is coming off a fifth in the Aug. 9 Jess Jackson.
