ALBANY, Calif. (May 12, 2016) – Land of Oz is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Alcatraz Stakes for 3-year-olds at Golden Gate.
Land of Oz is by Best Minister, out of the Tabasco Cat mare Perfect Sense, was bred by Nadine Anderson & Brazeau Thoroughbred Farms, is owned by Anderson, Brazeau Thoroughbred Farms or Delia and is trained by Bill Delia.
He has one win in five starts, earnings of $24,915 and is coming off a fifth in a May 8 starter’s allowance.
