Alert Bay Tries to Get Rolling Again

ALBANY, Calif. (Sept. 5, 2015) – Multiple graded stakes winner Alert Bay is one of four accomplished California-breds entered in Monday’s $50,000 Rolling Green Stakes at Golden Gate.

G. G. Ryder is by Chhaya Dance, out of the Storm Boot mare Stormy Gigi, was bred by Eagle Oak Ranch, is owned by Jerry Hollendorfer and George Todaro and is trained by Hollendorfer. He has 10 wins in 21 starts, earnings of $382,014 and is coming off a sixth in the July 26 California Dreamin’.

Pepper Crown is by Peppered Cat, out of the Crowning Storm mare Crown This Lady, was bred by owner and trainer Alex PaszKeicz. He has nine wins in 26 starts, earnings of $371,240 and is coming off a fifth in the Aug. 9 Joseph Grace.

Alert Bay is by City Zip, out of the Dushyantor mare Hickory, was bred by Thomas Bell and Ross McLeod, is owned by Peter Redekop and trained by Blaine Wright. He has eight wins in 17 starts, earnings of $795,195 and is coming off a third in the Aug. 16 Longacres Mile.

Eagle Screams is by Redattore, out of the Free House mare Dreamy Jeanie, was bred by Donm Eidson, is owned by M.A. Douzos and trained by gil Matos. He has eight wins in 40 starts, earnings of $320,431 and is coming off a second in the Aug. 9 Joseph Grace.
