OCEANPORT, N.J. (Aug. 7, 2016) – Unbeaten Ardmore Bay, a New York-bred son of California stallion Bluegrass Cat, won Sunday’s 60,000 Tyro Stakes for 2-year-olds at Monmouth Park.
Ardmore Bay is out of the Candy Ride mare Collar. He has won both career starts with earnings of $70,200.
He ran the 5 ½ furlongs in 1:04.12 and won by 1 ¼ lengths at odds of 3-1.
