DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 2, 2021) – After the scratches of CTBA Stakes winner At the Spa and It’s Simple, Roses for Suzzett is the lone California-bred entered in Friday’s $200,000 Grade II Sorrento Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Del Mar.
Roses for Suzzett is by Stay Thirsty, out of the Parading mare Sweetpollypurebrd, was bred by Terry Lovingier, is owned by Tricar Stables and trained by Sal Gonzalez.
She won her lone start July 4 with earnings of $19,200.
