ALTOONA, Iowa (June 12, 2022) – Ax Man, a Kentucky-bred son of California stallion Misremembered won Saturday’s $50,000 Jim Rasmussen Stakes at Prairie Meadows.
Ax Man, a 7-year-old gelding out of the Flying Chevron mare Shameful, has eight wins in 21 starts and earnings of $398,455. He ran the 1 1/16 miles in 1:43.40 and won by four lengths at odds of 8-1.
