EDMONTON, Alberta (Aug. 6, 2023) – Big Hug, an Alberta-bred daughter of California stallion Mr. Big, won Saturday’s $49,000 CTHS Sales Stakes for fillies at Century Mile.
Big Hug is out of the Unusual Heat mare Temeeku. She has six wins in 10 starts and earnings of $167,179. She ran the seven furlongs in 1:23.89 and won by a neck at odds of 7-5.
