LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 16, 2023) – A California-bred daughter of stallion Omaha Beach sold for $210,000 at Saturday’s session of the Keeneland Yearling Sale.
The filly, out of the Montjeu mare Turns My Head, was bred by Checkmate Thoroughbreds, LLC & Gallop Out Racing, LLC, consigned by Pope McLean, agent, and was purchased by Mayberry Farm.
She was originally purchased for $110,000 out of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale.
