ARCADIA, Calif. (Nov. 2, 2016) – Stakes winner Majestic Heat and fellow California-bred Tiz a Kiss are entered in Sunday’s $200,000 Grade II Goldikova Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.
Majestic Heat is by Unusual Heat, out of the Ole mare Chi Chi Nette, was bred by Madeline Auerbach and Barry Abrams, is owned by Auerbach, Ron McCauley or Bardy Farm and is trained by Richard Mandella. She has four wins in 10 starts, earnings of $255,139 and is coming off a sixth in the Oct. 1 Rodeo Drive.
Tiz a Kiss is by Cee’s Tizzy, out of the Seattle Bound mare Candy Factory, was bred by Dahlberg Farms, is owned by Cicero Farms and trained by Richard Baltas. She has four wins in 21 starts, earnings of $320,751 and is coming off a fifth in the Oct. 1 Rodeo Drive.
