ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 1, 2014) – Empty Headed and Huntsville, California-bred sons of Unusual Heat, are entered in Saturday’s $200,000 San Gabriel Stakes at Santa Anita.
Empty Headed is out of the Ole mare Chi Chi Nette, was bred by Madeline Auerbach & David Abrams, is owned by Auerbach and trained by Barry Abrams. He has three wins in 14 starts, earnings of $143,450 and is coming off a seventh in a Dec. 13 optional claimer.
Huntsville is out of the Jade Hunter mare Lethal Hunter, was bred by David Abrams & Madeline Auerbach, is owned by Barry Abrams and Auerbach and is trained by Barry Abrams. He has three wins in 36 starts, earnings of $281,521 and is coming off a sixth in the Dec. 14 Hollywood Turf Cup Stakes.
