Cal-bred Trio Enters Wildcat Stakes

PHOENIX, Ariz. (Apr. 9, 2023) – California-breds Luvluv, Shinny and Club Mesquite are entered in Saturday’s $60,000 Wildcat Stakes at Turf Paradise.

Luvluv is by Lakerville, out of the Fasliyev mare Lucera, was bred by Michael Neumann & Francoise Dupuis and is owned by trainer Adam Kitchingman. He has three wins in 26 starts, earnings of $234,782 and is coming off a sixth in a Feb. 5 optional claimer.

Shinny is by Square Eddie, out of the Indian Charlie mare Cryptic, was bred by Reddam Racing and is owned by trainer Mike Chambers and Bradley Green. He has 18 wins in 35 starts, earnings of $220,451 and is coming off a second in a Mar. 25 optional claimer.

Club Mesquite is by Clubhouse Ride, out of the Huddle Up mare Mesquite, was bred by Harris Farms, is owned by Harry Richardson and trained by Matt Williams. He has three wins in 30 starts, earnings of $65,112 and is coming off a third in a Mar. 29 starter’s optional claimer.
