LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 8, 2022) – Whoa Nessie, a California-bred broodmare, sold for $105,000 in Tuesday’s session of the Keeneland November Sale.
Whoa Nessie is a 7-year-old mare by Square Eddie, out of the Gilded Time mare Electric Daze, was bred by Reddam Racing, was consigned by Small Batch Sales, agent, and was purchased by Hinkle Farms.
On the track, Whoa Nessie earned $160,127. She is a full sister to Edwina E, the dam of multiple graded winner Slow Down Andy and multiple stakes winner Team Merchants. Whoa Nessie sold in foal to Union Rags.
