California Diamond Seeks Fourth Stakes

ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 31, 2016) – Triple stakes winner California Diamond is the likely favorite in Saturday’s $200,000 Golden State Juvenile Stakes for Golden State Series eligible 2-year-old colts and geldings at Santa Anita.

Caiifornia Clone is by Lucky Pulpit, out of the Tale of the Cat mare Unchanged Melody, was bred by owner Oakcrest Stable and trained by Michael McCarthy. He has one win in three starts, earnings of $51,000 and is coming off an Oct. 9 maiden win.
