ALBANY, Calif. (June 12, 2020) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Camino Del Paraiso is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $250,000 Grade III San Francisco Mile Stakes at Golden Gate.
Camino Del Paraiso is by Suances, out of the Successful Appeal mare Loni’s Appeal, was bred by Red Baron’s Barn, is owned by Paradise Road Ranch and is trained by O.J. Jauregui.
The $5,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has five wins in 36 starts, earnings of $370,192 and is coming off a third in the May 25 All American Stakes. He was fifth in this race in 2018 and sixth in 2017.
