ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 26, 2022) – Multiple stakes winner Carmelita’s Man, the lone California-bred in the field, risks a three-race win streak in Saturday’s $80,000 Lure Stakes at Santa Anita.
Carmelita’s Man is by Mucho Macho Man, out of the North Light mare Carmelita, was bred by Richard Barton Enterprises & Robert Traynor, is owned by Larry or Ann Jett and is trained by Dean Pederson.
He has seven wins in 20 starts, earnings of $425,998 and is coming off wins in the Crystal Water, the California Dreamin’ and an optional claimer.
