LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 20, 2021) – A Kitten’s Joy colt out of the California-bred mare Cheekaboo sold for $100,000 at Monday’s session of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
The colt, purchased by Charles Marquis, is the first foal out of Cheekaboo, an Unusual Heat mare who won the Grade II Honeymoon Stakes and the Campanile Stakes.
