CYPRESS, Calif. (Dec. 11, 2015) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting Thursday, December 17, at Los Alamitos Race Course beginning at 9:30 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend. An audio-only webcast of the Board meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website. The meeting agenda and supporting package of materials also are available on the CHRB website.
