ARCADIA, Calif. (Mar. 23, 2019) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, March 28, at Santa Anita Race Track. The public is encouraged to attend. The Board will convene the meeting at 9:30 a.m. and then quickly move into the closed session. The published agenda and public portion of the meeting is expected to begin at about 10:15, depending on the length of the closed session. An audio-only webcast of the meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The agenda and package of materials also are available on the website.
