ARCADIA, Calif. (May 21, 2019) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, May 23, at Santa Anita Race Track. The Board will begin its closed session at 9:30 a.m. prior to the public portion of the meeting, which is expected to commence at approximately 10:15. The public is encouraged to attend the open portion of the meeting. An audio-only webcast of the meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The agenda and package of materials also are available on the website.
