SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Mar. 16, 2015) — The California Horse Racing Board monthly meeting that was scheduled for this Thursday, March 19, at Cal Expo has been canceled. The next scheduled meeting of the Board will be held April 16 at Golden Gate Fields.
