SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Mar. 12, 2014) — The March 21 meeting of the California Horse Racing Board that was originally scheduled to be held at Santa Anita Park has been moved to Cal Expo in Sacramento on that same date. This meeting will begin at 10 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
