ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 13, 2014) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular meeting Thursday, January 16, in the Baldwin Terrace Room at Santa Anita Park beginning at 9:30 a.m. The Medication and Track Safety Committee will conduct a meeting in the same location on Wednesday, January 15, beginning at 2 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend both meetings.
