DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 18, 2015) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting this Thursday, August 20, at the Surfside Race Place (simulcast facility) at Del Mar Racetrack beginning at 9:30 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
