ARCADIA, Calif. (Aug. 25, 2023) — The California Thoroughbred Breeders Association Board of Directors unanimously supports racing in Northern California and Southern California. Furthermore, CTBA strongly supports protecting our infrastructure, farms, breeders and others critical to breeding Cal-breds in Northern California.
