VANCOUVER, B.C. (June 1, 2016) – Dashing Don is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $50,000 River Rock Casino Handicap for 3-year-olds at Hastings Racecourse.
Dashing Don is by Popular, out of the Meadowlake mare Summer Bay, was bred by Rod and Lorraine Rodriguez, is owned by JPD Holdings, Ross Rees and Nancy Betts and is trained by Betts.
He has two wins in six starts, earnings of $34,959 and is coming off a sixth in a May 23 optional claimer.
