DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 1, 2019) – Golden Birthday is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $150,000 Grade III La Jolla Stakes for 3-year-olds at Del Mar.
Golden Birthday is by Golden Balls, out of the Singspiel mare Mindy’s Birthday, was bred by owner DP Racing and is trained by James Cassidy.
He has one win in five starts, earnings of $70,645 and is coming off a fourth in the July 17 Runhappy Oceanside Stakes
