EDMONTON, Alberta (June 24, 2023) — Greek Geek, an Alberta-bred son of California stallion Misremembered, won Saturday’s $49,500, Spangled Jimmy Stakes at Century Mile.
Greek Geek, out of the Johannesburg mare A E Phi Sensation, has 10 wins in 31 starts and earnings of $270,211. He ran the seven furlongs in 1:23.58 and won by one-half length at odds of 9-2 in a field of seven. He was second in this race last year.
