–       Updated map and in-depth summary showing adoption of the National Uniform Medication Program

–       An “Education” section dedicated to providing information on equine health and safety

–       A regular blog from Joe Gorajec, former executive director of the Indiana Horse Racing Commission and a longtime advocate for integrity in racing

–       Links to state rulebooks and commission websites

–       A searchable list of Lasix-free runners from the prior 30 days

–       A live Twitter feed

“The stated mission of the Horse Racing Reform initiative is to provide awareness and education to the racing community to advocate for increased uniformity, safety, welfare, and integrity of the sport,” said Matt Iuliano, executive vice president and executive director, The Jockey Club. “This new and improved website will provide invaluable resources for fellow advocates to stay informed and engaged as we work to improve the industry, specifically through passage of the Horseracing Integrity Act of 2017.”
