DEL MAR, Calif. (Nov. 30, 2022) – Hot Box is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Stormy Liberal Stakes at Del Mar.
Hot Box is by Heat Shield, out of the Street Cry mare Heat Exposure, was bred by Kristin Mulhall, is owned by trainer Brian Koriner and Janet Lyons.
He has six wins in 13 starts, earnings of $245,558 and is coming off a sixth in the Oct. 16 California Flag.
