ALBANY, Calif. (Oct. 31, 2021) – Top Harbor got the head bob on the wire to nose out In Our A and win Sunday’s $75,000 El Dorado Shooter Stakes for California-breds at Golden Gate, part of a double win for the broodmare and breeder/owners.
Top Harbor is by Harbor the Gold, out of the He’s Tops mare Reba Is Tops, was bred by owners Eric Schweiger, Gordy Jarnig & Kenney Marshall and trained by Tim McCanna. He has four wins in 11 starts and earnings of $187,774.
He ran the six furlongs in 1:09.46. War Games was third.
Rebalation, a half-sister to Top Harbor, added to the fun by winning the eighth race, an allowance. She is by Acclamation out of Reba Is Tops.
