ALBANY, Calif. (Apr. 9, 2023) – California stallion I’m Lock N Load was represented by his first winner on Sunday when Lucky Lockett won the first race at Golden Gate.
Lucky Lockett is out of the Lucky Pulpit mare Blue’s Lucky Girl, was bred by owner Carol Anderson and trained by Isidro Tamayo.
The 3-year-old filly ran the mile in 1:41.70 and won by one length at odds of 2-1 in a field of six.
