CYPRESS, Calif. (July 1, 2021) — Ingest is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $150,000 Grade III Los Alamitos Derby for 3-year-olds.
Ingest is by Square Eddie, out of the Rock Hard Ten mare Octogarian, was bred by Reddam Racing, is owned by Alvernaz or Ribeiro and is trained by Doug O’Neill.
He has one win in nine starts, earnings of $58,180 and is coming off a fourth in the June 19 Snow Chief Stakes.
