ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Sept. 24, 2023) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Minister of Soul is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $70,000 Budweiser Special Stakes at Albuquerque.
Minister of Soul is a multiple stakes winner by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Bernstein mare Sensitive Soul, was bred by Dahlberg Farms and is owned by trainer Esteban Martinez.
The $16,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has 17 wins in 58 starts, earnings of $534,610 and is coming off a fourth in an Aug. 6 allowance.
