DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 30, 2023) – Graded stakes winner None Above the Law is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade II Del Mar Handicap presented by The Japan Racing Association.
None Above the Law is by Karakontie, out of the Northern Afleet mare Legally Blanca, was bred by owner J. Kirk & Judy Robison and is trained by Peter Miller.
He has six wins in 25 starts, earnings of $540,560 and is coming off a third in the Aug. 5 California Dreamin’. He was sixth in this race last year.
